Jade Dragon Qigong Mission Statement

Jade Dragon Qigong is about bringing the best of two worlds together: the depth of Daoist practice and Chinese medicine, and the clarity of modern science. The goal is simple—help people find balance, strength, and peace through movement, breath, and awareness. This system is not just exercise; it’s a way of aligning with the natural rhythms of life, building vitality, and opening a clearer path forward in daily living.

Why this blog is unique

I’ve spent over two decades living and working at the meeting point of tradition and science. My books explore Daoism, Chinese medicine, and Qigong in ways that are accessible but still faithful to their roots. My continuing education courses are trusted by practitioners around the world because they connect classical ideas with modern neuroscience and physiology. And through The Jade Dragon Podcast, I share these teachings in a way that’s practical, reflective, and alive. Together, these platforms—books, CEUs, and podcast—give me a unique position to carry Jade Dragon Qigong forward as both a practice and a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern understanding.
